GoSnow is a booking app for all things snow sport related. I worked closely with the founder and CEO to implement his vision for a more personalized, premium app and helped design complex booking management features.
Lead UX / UI Designer | 2018-2020

Project Goals
My role in this project was to elevate the GoSnow app to more closely reflect the target audience's preferences. This included branding workshops and subsequently updating existing component libraries.
In addition to the core booking service overhaul, V2 feature implementation included booking and management for lodging, rentals, and RFID passes.
Location-based search results were implemented along with a more advanced search flow.

Where It Started

UI Design

User Experience
Results pages were revamped using a more modern UI and details such as the temperature, date picker, and location were displayed for a more personalized and convenient user experience.
Information Visual Hierarchy
Instructor profile pages contained large amounts of data that needed to be organized in a way that users could easily find the information they were looking for. CTA was also updated to reflect action-specific copy (ex. "Book" -> "View Available Dates").

Dynamic Search
The goal of GoSnow was to be a personalized one-stop-shop for all things snow sport. In addition to suggestions and predictive search features, categories were implemented on the results page to aid users in navigating the app.

Feature Expansion
As part of the V2 launch, I helped design additional features such as lift pass purchase and management, gear rentals, and upsell capabilities.
